This position will focus on marketing execution, lead organization, recruiting support, and client experience—leveraging AI where applicable to optimize workflows.
- Assist with daily marketing operations, lead distribution, and database management.
- Ensure structured tracking and reporting of key performance metrics.
- Help systematize and improve workflows to enhance team efficiency.
- Execute marketing initiatives that align with lead generation strategies.
- Implement AI-driven automation tools where applicable to improve workflow efficiency.
- Track and analyze marketing performance data, providing structured reporting.
- Assist in creating and refining marketing materials to support lead generation and brand awareness.
- Audit, organize, and maintain CRM systems to ensure accurate lead tracking and follow-ups.
- Pull and distribute ISA call lists, optimizing call outreach and conversion tracking.
- Manage database segmentation to improve engagement and nurturing strategies.
- Conduct quarterly client follow-up calls to enhance the customer experience and ensure agent databases are updated.
- Assist in developing structured database outreach campaigns to nurture leads and past clients.
- Make 100 recruiting calls per week, with the goal of scheduling appointments for the Director of Sales.
- Identify and implement efficiency improvements in marketing and sales operations.
- Help manage financial back-end processes related to transactions and assist in monthly financial reporting.
- Assist in coordinating team events, newsletters, and marketing campaign rollouts.
- Record, edit, and post structured daily social media content to maintain brand visibility.
- Support agents with content creation and strategy, ensuring consistency with marketing initiatives.
- Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and organized, with a structured approach to marketing and lead management.
- Experience managing CRM systems, lead tracking, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to systematize and improve workflows.
- Comfortable handling structured client and recruiting calls with clear documentation and follow-through.
- Experience with financial tracking and reporting, including QuickBooks familiarity.
