Job Description:
In this role, you will assist as a Property Administrator for a number of properties. In this role, you will be primarily responsible to ensure the financial success of the properties by offering comprehensive accounts payable, financials, and operation of 5 - 6 assets in the Chicagoland area. This is an on-site position for a talented property manager admistrator, in which, you will strive to achieve the highest possible net operating income through efficient cost control and maintaining optimal occupancy levels, as well as accurate financials and bill-pay. Your responsibilities include managing the property financials, deadlines, and reporting for a number of properties in the Chicagoland area. In this role, you will implement company policies and procedures, leading inspirational team meetings, and overseeing the property's physical aspects for operational and safety standards are crucial aspects of this position under supervision of the Property Manager, Area Manager, and Regional Leadership team. Additionally, you will schedule vendors, conduct regular visual inspections, and analyze market surveys, providing support to a specified region of properties and associates.This role is perfect for a financially skilled property manager, property administrator, or management associate looking to support a number of properties.

Physical Demands:
- The team member will be regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach using feet, legs, back, arms and hands. The employee may occasionally be required to climb. Employee will be required to work at a personal computer and talk on the phone for extended periods of time. Must possess the ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms and be available to work extended/flexible hours and weekends, as needed.
Attendance/Travel:
- This position is a full-time position and may require the availability to travel, work some nights, weekends, and occasional holidays. Regular attendance and active participation/planning at company functions and events is also required. Extensive travel, including overnight travel, is required.

Qualifications:
Computer Skills:
- Intermediate computer and Internet knowledge
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Prefer knowledge of the following software programs: Yardi, Voyager, LRO, Entrata, Resident Check
Learning and Development:
- Maintain a commitment to ongoing professional development and career growth through our company’s continuing education programs.
Education:
- High school education or equivalent is required.
- CPM, CAM, RMP, ARM, CPM, or CMCA Certifications are preferred but not required.
- Accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions and use all on-site resident management software functions.
Professional Experience
- Minimum of two years’ experience in the Multifamily Industry is required.
