Red Tree Communications is looking to add a few Fiber sales Reps in the Fort Smith, AR area. Fiber internet is expanding in the great state of Arkansas and we have an amazing opportunity for sales reps in any industry. We have over 8,000 leads in Fort Smith! We will train you and set you up for success. Our average reps in the industry make around $200-$400 a day. Top reps in the industry can even double that! This is a Door to Door 1099 sales position with a highly competitive commission structure. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to pass a background check. An iPad or a Android tablet with LTE capabilities is required to enter orders for customers and must be purchased before hired. This is a 1099 position Commission only (No Salary or Hourly)
We typically work Mon-Fri 2pm-7pm
This is not a morning position, must be able to work afternoons/early evenings when customer are typically home.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Door to Door sales activities to generate leads and close sales
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Communicate effectively with potential customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet company objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements to effectively market our software products
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technical or technology sales but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for success
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
