We are seeking a Principal Designer to lead digital design efforts focused on marketing and sales requests. In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping our digital brand identity, creating impactful marketing collateral, and supporting sales-driven initiatives across multiple platforms.
What You'll Do :
- Lead Digital Marketing Design : Own the creative design process for digital marketing campaigns, including web, mobile, social media, email, and other digital touchpoints, ensuring alignment with brand identity and business goals. With potential for team management.
- Sales-Driven Design Solutions : Develop user-centric designs that support sales initiatives, such as product promotions, landing pages, lead generation assets, and digital advertisements. Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling visual content that converts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with the marketing, sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure that design solutions meet business objectives, engage users, and are technically feasible.
- Brand Evolution : Help evolve our digital brand identity to remain fresh, innovative, and relevant, while honoring our legacy as a trusted travel brand. Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Optimize for Performance : Work closely with analytics and marketing teams to test and optimize digital designs, using data to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
- Lead Visual Storytelling : Translate marketing and sales narratives into visually compelling stories, using innovative design approaches to communicate the brand message and value propositions effectively.
- Stay Ahead of Trends : Stay informed on the latest trends in digital design, marketing technology, and user behavior, applying new techniques and best practices to stay competitive in the travel industry.
