Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Fit specailst to join our team. As a Fit Specialist, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and promoting boots, socks, care products, and foot beds
Duties
- Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized exercise programs for clients
- Lead group fitness classes and provide individualized training sessions
- Educate customers on the importance of a good fit and benifits of wearing Red Wings.
- Assist clients in getting fitted and recomending accessories
- Maintain a clean and organized area
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall client experience
Requirements
- Strong sales skills to promote products effectively
- Knowledge of retail math for handling transactions
- Excellent customer service abilities to engage with clients positively
- Experience in retail sales and conducting product demonstrations
- Proficient in phone etiquette to communicate effectively with clients
- Ability to operate Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Skilled in stock management to ensure availability of products
- Basic math skills for accurate transactions and inventory management
Job Type: Part-time
