Brief Description
The position of Client Relations Coordinator (CRC) gives our clients one person to contact for all their potential needs. The CRC then directs the request to the appropriate person if it falls outside the scope of the CRC. The CRC is directly partnered with the Operations Manager to handle daily operations.
Tasks
· Field Service Engineer/Specialist scheduling
Generates schedules and job details for all field staff
Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including the Operations Manager, President, and Director of Engineering, ensuring seamless coordination of reliability services and scheduling field staff
Manages calendars, scheduling client meetings, training seminars, and field staff projects
Follow-up after the performed services
Coordinate logistics for field staff, including job details, travel, and equipment, to ensure everything is properly organized for the job to run smoothly and efficiently
Supports training seminars coordination
- Organize training seminars, handling event logistics, class registrations, venue coordination, and certification management
Manage and maintain third-party compliance requirements for clients
Collaborate with Accounting to support accurate and timely invoice generation for completed services
Purchase Order (PO) detail tracking and generation of invoices
· Inside Sales
Answer incoming phone calls and transfer to the appropriate individual
Initial handling of all inquiries regarding services
CRM management and data entry
Sales pipeline tracking
Sales reporting
Cross-department communication
Sales calls to people receiving marketing campaigns to see if they are interested
- Lead generation
- Cold / Warm lead calls
Report on marketing campaign analytics
Quotation generation, delivery, and follow-up.
Qualifications and Requirements
· Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
· 2 years’ experience performing a majority of the duties listed
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience desired
- 5 years’ experience performing all of the duties listed preferred
- Experience with KickServ scheduling software preferred
- Experience with Zoho CRM software preferred

Lines of Communication
The Client Relations Coordinator reports to the Operations Manager.
Working Conditions
The Client Relations Coordinator is required to perform all work at the Red Wolf office location. Hours are between 8 AM and 5 PM Monday through Friday. Any exceptions to this require approval from the Operations Manager.

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
