Training E-Developer (On-site, NY Tri-State Area)
Redan LLC is looking for a Training E-Developer to be part of a growing team.
The Training E-Developer will support full systems life cycle applications development on various computer platforms, including a variety of client eligibility and recertification systems, employment / work engagement services, and claims systems with established standards, ensuring all solutions align with the agency's mission and objectives.
Candidates must have excellent written and oral communication skills and be adaptive to the changing needs of the organization. This candidate must have experience with building and maintaining highly effective relationships with team members and multiple stakeholders across multiple projects.
What You'll Be Doing
As the Training E-Developer at Redan, you will :
- Develop system design and documentation
- Create storyboards taking into account user stories, screen wireframes, and pre-application release code.
- Development of videos for DHS, HRA, and Provider Staff that document new and enhanced functionality and process flows
- Enhance AI voice to ensure clarity.
- Format and export video files for various platforms and purposes (e.g., web, social media, broadcast).
- Ensure videos are optimized for different devices and screen sizes.
- Render project files for hosting on Agency's learning management system.
- Build Curriculum tree for 25 plus courses that will be comprised of various videos.
- Verify usability and performance.
