Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality marketing materials, digital content, presentations, videos, and trade show assets. We are looking for someone who can create dynamic content.
- Manage and oversee the internal design desk, ensuring all creative requests are fulfilled efficiently and align with brand standards.
- Source, onboard, and manage freelance designers for specific projects, ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and sales, to create visually engaging materials that support business goals.
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
- Coordinate project timelines, manage workloads, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
- Review and provide feedback on design work from freelancers and internal team members.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and industry best practices to keep our creative approach fresh and innovative. Especially with AI tools and trends to help us drive scale.
- Experience creating impactful videos is a huge plus.
- Special focus areas:
- Presentation Design: Create engaging, on-brand PowerPoint presentations.
- Infographics & Data Visualization: Simplify complex concepts into compelling visuals.
- Content Creation: Design ebooks, whitepapers, email templates, and social media graphics.
- Website Support: Work with digital marketing to optimize website visuals.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or commensurate experience.
- 5-6 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPoint.
- Strong portfolio showcasing skills in presentation design, infographics, and content creation.
- Basic knowledge of website design tools (e.g., WordPress, Figma, or Canva).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in creating content for B2B or sustainability-focused companies.
- Familiarity with animation and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and website best practices.
