Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide recruiting support: Assist the Talent Acquisition Lead with job descriptions, requisitions, postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting phone screens.
- Employee lifecycle support: Assist the Employee Relations Lead with the full employee lifecycle process, including participating in new hire orientation, and performing miscellaneous office tasks.
- Project: Policy updates: Assist in the update of human resources policies.
- Project: Workday: Project manage the completion of Workday system improvements as it relates to the recruiting and onboarding areas of the system.
- Project: Leadership Development program coordination: Assist with coordination, attendee management and organizing materials for sessions and post-training follow ups.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality related to talent and recruitment information.

- Have an ergonomically correct and functional work-from-home workstation set up; amenable to a hybrid of working from home and in an office setting in the Denver Metro Area, Colorado.
- College senior seeking a bachelor’s or graduate degree in business, human resources preferred or equivalent experience.
- Previous HR-related internships are a plus.
- Solid command of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

The Perks
- Expected hourly salary: $20/hour
- Free Parking or RTD pass
- Full-time intern position in our Denver headquarters office downtown (40 hours a week).
- Hybrid model: in office – Tuesday through Thursday; WFH - Fridays and Mondays.
