Position Summary
The Strategic Partnership Lead is part of our rapidly scaling Partnerships vertical within our Go-To-Market team. The role is an external facing role that also requires significant cross-functional collaboration spanning our sales, solutions, legal, and finance teams. The role will have an opportunity to contribute in a direct and visible way to Redaptive’s top and bottom-line by successfully expanding our partnerships and origination pipeline.

Responsibilities And Duties
- Develop and execute a partner strategy across our ecosystem including corporate real estate management firms, industrial service providers, OEM’s, technology providers, and other professional services organizations
- Identify new business opportunities by analyzing the joint market opportunity (quantitative and qualitative) and define market requirements for successful partnership
- Qualify, structure, negotiate, and manage partnership requests and represent Redaptive in external meetings and events with senior partner executives
- Collaborate across internal teams (marketing, engineering, product, sales, delivery, finance, and legal) to launch and engage partners through tightly integrated offerings
- Provide strategic vision and leadership for joint go-to-market activities across a mix of channels by leveraging content, learning and development events, and other campaign strategies
- Work with leadership to determine KPIs to measure partner efficacy and success

- Willingness and ability to travel (up to 25% when travel resumes)
- Permanent authorization to work in the United States is required at this time
- 10 years in similar field and responsibilities – preferably in corporate real estate, energy markets, and/or consulting
- History of building and managing sales pipelines and/or P&L ownership
- Experience managing and launching relationships with executive-level personnel at Fortune 500 companies
