This role is responsible for the daily supervision and missional execution of the grammar school; providing academic leadership, and support to students and faculty; and maintaining strong communication with parents. Responsibilities
- Assist in faculty hiring, mentoring, evaluations, and professional development
- Enforce student code of conduct, & oversee discipline, dress code, and overall support for student character formation
- Uphold the policies of the Anthem Student Handbook
- Establish, support, and evaluate Academic Intervention Plans
- Ensure curriculum adherence and advancement, and provide leadership in phonics and Singapore Math
- Plan and prepare for grade-level expansions and standardized testing
- Develop and coordinate the grammar school schedule
- Maintain strong parent communication and engagement
- Serve as a liaison between parents, students, and faculty regarding academic and disciplinary matters
- Support the Leadership Team and collaborate with the Head of School
- Assist with daily operations, including scheduling, liturgies, arrival, and pick up procedures
- Dedicated follower of Christ, active member in the local church, conduct consistent with the requirements of church eldership as described in 1 Timothy 3:7 and Titus 1:6-9
- Commitment to developing students spiritually, academically, and personally
- Ability to provide staff, parents, and students with constructive feedback and resolve challenges proactively with charity and justice.
- Passion for advancing the classical Christian education movement
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
