Position Summary : The Junior Graphic Designer works closely with our creative and marketing teams to create visual assets that align with our brand and engage our audience. This position supports our graphic designers and sales team in producing marketing materials for both digital and print channels.
Key Responsibilities :
- Designing graphics for digital and print, including social media, websites, email campaigns, ads, and sales support assets.
- Collaborating with senior designers, marketing, and content teams to execute creative projects.
- Developing, refining, and finalizing creative assets for both print and digital platforms, including product packaging, marketing collateral (sell sheets, flyers, in-store displays), digital ads, and social media graphics.
- Ensuring all designs align with brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and feedback from the Creative Director, delivering high-quality visuals that enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Editing and optimizing images, illustrations, and layouts as needed.
- Supporting the team in brainstorming and conceptualizing new creative ideas.
- Staying up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices.
