We are looking for a MID Digital Intelligence Systems (DIS) Instructor to join our team in Fort Liberty, NC. This role involves training military intelligence professionals and supporting intelligence operations through curriculum development, instruction, and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis using multiple intelligence sources to assess national security threats.
- Provide all-source intelligence support for operations and investigations.
- Develop and maintain course materials, lesson plans, and training support packages.
- Instruct and facilitate training in various settings, including classrooms, virtual sessions, and exercises.
- Support training evolution through working groups, new technologies, and after-action reviews.
- Travel may be required to external military training sites.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and 6 years of military intelligence experience, including recent experience.
- Expertise in All-Source Analysis with proficiency in DCGS-A or DIS software.
- At least one tour (4 years) as an MOS 35F (All-Source Analyst) or equivalent role.
- Familiarity with Decisive Action Training Environment (DATE) and Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (IPB).
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active or eligible DoD security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate of Army Instructor Course or similar intelligence instructor program.
- Experience in curriculum development and training strategy implementation.
- Strong team collaboration, innovation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Salary : $95,000 - $105,000
