Intelligence Analyst

We're seeking an experienced All-Source Intelligence Analyst with Counterintelligence (CI) expertise to support Department of Defense (DoD) CI activities. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Army or joint intelligence operations and is ready to contribute to a high-impact mission in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support DoD CI activities as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst.
• Apply knowledge of AR 381-20, AR 381-10, and DoDI 5240.23 to conduct CI analysis and support operations.
• Conduct analytic assessments using classified and open-source reporting.
• Produce and present briefings, reports, and assessments to leadership.
• Collaborate across interagency and joint DoD teams on CI-related efforts.

Required Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma with 30 years of relevant experience OR Associate’s Degree with 24 years OR Bachelor's Degree with 22 years OR Master's Degree with 20 years
• Recent, relevant experience (within the last 2 years) in CI analysis.
• Certified DoD All-Source Intelligence Analyst (35F, 351F, or equivalent).
• Deep familiarity with DoD counterintelligence regulations (AR 381-20, AR 381-10, DoDI 5240.23).
• Active DoD security clearance (TS/SCI preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in multiple geographic COCOMs.
• Graduate of a service-related instructor training program or equivalent 2 years instructor experience.
• Strong communication skills—written and verbal.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Team player with experience collaborating across agencies and departments.
