What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Redbock - an NES Fircroft company?
A leading Medical Device company in Minnesota is in immediate need of a Project Manager Consultant to work with them for 6-12 months. The PM will need to support the team while working onsite at least 3 days/week in Maple Grove, MN.
There is a high preference for PMs who are currently based in Minnesota. The Project Manager will support critical sustaining projects related to the client's cryoablation products.
Top Requirements:
- BS degree minimum
- 3 years of Project Management experience within the medical device industry
- A strong technical background in engineering
- Experience with electromechanical capital equipment and single-use devices
- Proficient with MS Project and Excel
- Ability to translate complex issues into high-level summaries
- Ability to estimate, organize, and monitor resource allocations, budgets, and milestones
- Ability to recognize risks and develop mitigations
Bonus Experience:
- A PMP certification
- Experience leading cross-functional teams spanning the entire org structure
- Experience leading remote teams
Salary : $60 - $80
