Redbridge is a Global Debt & Treasury advisory firm that works primarily with treasury teams of large Fortune 500/1000 corporations. We have offices in Paris, Houston, New York, Geneva, and London with over 100 professionals globally. We act as a trusted adviser to our clients to help them make their processes more efficient through persistent analysis, market comparison, structuring, negotiation, and intermediation of banking and payment relationships.
Redbridge is looking for highly motivated individuals interested in working with the Business Development (BD) team in their day-to-day tasks of reaching out to large global corporations, providing creative ideas for lead generation, helping with the production of marketing content, and bringing in new clients to the firm.
This is a junior role, we welcome applications from all qualified candidates including recent graduates and those with 1 – 2 years’ experience in a relevant area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Our Sales Development Representatives are responsible for expanding our coverage and bringing in new client meetings for the firm
- Maintain a high level of outbound calls to prospects to schedule introduction meetings with relationship managers, about 300-350 calls per day
- Assisting with the production of marketing campaigns and strategy
- Attending regional and national conferences to promote the Redbridge brand and helping to bring in new leads
- Achieving and exceeding weekly meeting quotas
- Validating, updating, and adding new leads to our CRM system
- Demonstrate the ability to overcome objections and book meetings
- Maintaining professionalism while speaking with senior executives in treasury departments of large corporations
- Leverage the knowledge of team members, tools, and ongoing development opportunities to master your sales pitch and a better understanding of Redbridge’s service offerings
Required Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree?is a plus
- Recent graduate or someone with sales experience who can demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and have the ability to succeed in a sales role
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in a sales role, call center role or similar is desired
- Experience selling over the phone and cold calling, such as in a call center, is a plus!
- Ability to think on your feet and pivot quickly when speaking with prospects over the phone
- Excellent listener and you can communicate extremely clearly & concisely both verbally and in written form
- Excellent customer services skills
- A growth mindset- you crave coaching and feedback and are able to implement it as necessary

- Ability to give and take constructive criticism;
- Great team spirit and adaptability;
- Microsoft Office capabilities: Excel, PowerPoint, Word;
- Experience with a CRM such as SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
