The Role
The Analyst will be involved in every aspect of Redbridge advisory business: the review, analysis, and implementation of recommended strategies across all our expertise in addition to helping provide ongoing active advice.
You will be based in Houston, Texas and report to the Head of Analysts.
As an Analyst, you will be part of multiple project teams managed by an associate. You will on work on average 3-4 engagements for both domestic and international Redbridge clients, across diverse sectors and several areas of expertise.
Main expertise: Payments and Collections, Merchant Cards. The Analyst may also work on Treasury organization and systems, liquidity, cash pooling and Debt advisory projects.

Hard Skills
Be able to analyze large quantities of both financial and business processes data and synthesize into models and relevant reports.
- Possess understanding and rudimentary use of statistical modeling, such as standard deviation, goal-seek, trending, and other analytical means or outputs.
- Create and take ownership of both external and internal facing documents with strict adherence to Redbridge formatting standards.
- Able to manage multiple concurrent projects supporting multiple project managers.
- Highly communicative and adept at using different mediums, such as Teams, Outlook, and Salesforce, to communicate internally and externally as needed.
- Take meeting minutes and produce detailed status and situation reports.
- Adopt proprietary frameworks for delivery of advisory services.
- Confident and professional presentation skills.
- Demonstrate significant Microsoft Office capabilities in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word along with the ability to master proprietary software applications. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

Experience Needed
- Associate’s degree is a requirement, Bachelor’s degree is preferred;
- Preferred fields of study: Accounting, Finance, Economics, or field of study with some focus on data analysis.
- Associate’s degrees must be supplemented by a minimum of two years relevant work experience;
- Candidates currently pursuing a degree while working would also be considered subject to satisfactory work experience.
- For recent, or imminent, Bachelor’s degree recipients, internships in a similar industry or field of study is preferred;
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Multilingual or bilingual in French, Spanish, and English is a plus;
- Cash management experience, treasury practitioner, or corporate banking is a plus;
- Awareness of payments industry trends and emerging payment technologies is a plus;
