Technical Program Manager – Azure Infrastructure & ServiceTree

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong background in Azure infrastructure and ServiceTree to lead and manage complex technical projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of cloud infrastructure initiatives while maintaining compliance with industry best practices.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Lead and manage technical projects related to cloud infrastructure and ServiceTree, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Work closely with engineering, product management, and operations teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders, effectively communicating progress and challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies, industry standards, and best practices for Azure infrastructure and ServiceTree.
  
  

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical program management, focusing on Azure infrastructure and/or S360.
• Strong understanding of Azure Services, AI, and Quantum computing, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and security.
• Experience with tools for tracking action items and assessments/reviews required for maintaining IT & Security policy compliance.
• Previous experience with S360 and Enterprise IT/Security policies is a significant plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Familiarity with cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.
  
  

Compensation range for position is $ 100,000 – 156,000 DOE.
