Overview:
RedCloud Consulting is seeking a Technical Specialist to support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of ClearPass solutions within an enterprise environment. This role will work under the guidance of a Technical Lead and focus on executing day-to-day technical tasks, troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless implementation of security policies and network access controls.
Candidates in the Seattle area (SEA) are preferred, and all applicants must be available to work in the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone.

Compensation range for position is $ 99,000 – 115,000 DOE.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and optimization of ClearPass solutions following best practices.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to network access control (NAC), authentication, and policy enforcement.
- Support the integration of ClearPass with existing IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth interoperability with enterprise security solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, policies, and troubleshooting steps. Assist in generating reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure ClearPass policies align with corporate security standards and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with the Technical Lead, network engineers, and IT security teams to execute ClearPass-related initiatives effectively.
- 1-3 years of experience in network security, IT infrastructure, or NAC solutions (ClearPass experience preferred).
- Experience with network protocols, firewalls, and identity access management (IAM) solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve ClearPass-related issues.
- Experience working with cross-functional IT teams to support security initiatives.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
