Immediate opening for a full-time Membership Coordinator with a family owned and operated residential home service company. The Membership Coordinator will fill a critical customer service role in our fast-growing business and organize the member experience from start to finish. Our company provides heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical services throughout the northern Virginia area, and our clients have come to expect a top-notch customer experience. Qualified candidate will be dependable, highly motivated, detail oriented, and strive to give our customers the quality they deserve.
Responsibilities Include:
- Answer inbound phone calls from customers and vendors
- Schedule service appointments as needed for all departments
- Outbound communication via phone and email for membership renewals, scheduling, and collections
- Set up new memberships sold via phone or in the field
- Help resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Minimum 2yrs experience in a similar customer service role
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of HVAC/plumbing industry a plus
