Position Overview : We are seeking a highly analytical and business-driven Senior Analyst to supercharge Finance & Risk Analytics at Reddit. This role blends strategic analysis and operational data reporting, requiring problem-solving skills and logical reasoning to turn data into actionable insights. You will partner with cross-functional Finance teams, contributing to both strategic decision-making and recurring operational reporting.
What you'll do
- Partner with Finance teams to support strategic decision-making through data analysis and reporting.
- Develop and implement analytics and reporting solutions that drive efficiency and innovation within Finance.
- Design and maintain visually appealing dashboards and reports using tools like Google Looker and Hex.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for Finance stakeholders.
- Build and maintain scalable analytical tools that support critical reporting and management processes.
