Job Description
As an LPN in our Intellectual Disability Program, you will be responsible for providing hands-on nursing support to ensure the health and wellness of individuals residing in licensed facilities. This includes attending Community Participation Supports programs and connecting with our mission to care, comfort, and heal.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- 3 years' experience with tracheostomy and Type 1 Diabetes
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate administration and implementation of Electronic Medical Record systems
- Ability to facilitate communication between internal and external customers
- Excellent basic and persuasive communication skills
- Valid PA driver's license and satisfactory background checks
