SUMMARY OF JOB
The Sr. Talent Assistant/Onboarding Associate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive onboarding experience for new hires, from the moment they accept their offer to their first day on the job and beyond. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of HR/Talent processes, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Onboarding Associate will work closely with various departments to coordinate and execute all aspects of the onboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting background checks, scheduling and coordinating onboarding sessions. The successful candidate will be proactive, organized, and passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive environment for new team members. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on employee retention and satisfaction by ensuring that new hires feel valued and well-prepared to succeed in their roles.

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma or GED required with 5 years of experience in an office setting, HR or onboarding preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and 1 year of experience in an office setting, HR or onboarding preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with new hires and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) or onboarding software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- A positive attitude with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations preferred.
- Experience with remote onboarding and virtual training tools preferred
