Talent Acquisition Specialist / Healthcare Recruiter / Talent Scout
The Talent Scout is the spark to begin any relationship between Redeemer Health and a new employee. The talent scout is an expert in fully understanding Redeemer Health's culture and the qualities to look for in new recruits that fit into the culture. Talent Scouts are passionate about looking for new talent and the opportunity to extend invitations to new talent so that they may discover more about the organization. Scouts work closely with the managers and others in HR and the Talent Agency to identify a connection with the prospective employee and the organization that results in a long lasting vibrant relationship. The Talent Scout is responsible for full life cycle recruitment, including sourcing and onboarding. Above all, the talent scout must be a magnificent story gatherer and story teller.

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or actively pursuing.
- A minimum of 2 years in discovering talent, recruitment and interviewing / auditioning experience.
- Build effective sourcing strategies, plans, and tactics to attract passive and active candidates.
- Establishes and maintains effective relationships with hiring managers and HR Teams. Develops understanding of business lines and customer needs. Exhibits exceptional relationship management ability that includes the ability to communicate, influence and build credibility.
- Recruits and sources for actual and projected positions using traditional and creative methods including but not limited to job postings, internet postings, advertisements, professional networking, sourcing, cold calling, data mining, attendance at job fairs, colleges and universities, professional associations and events.
- Exhibits the ability to communicate persuasively, build credibility, and interpret verbal and non-verbal behavior.
- Proven experience developing and implementing recruitment strategies to produce a diverse candidate pipeline.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced, high volume environment and be flexible to changing workflow demands.
- Must be detailed oriented, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks
- Understanding and ability to apply principles of experience design.
- Experience with employment law / practices.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft / computer office suite applications and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to travel.
