Information Technology (IT) Specialist – Redefine Meals
Location: Long Island, NY
Pay: $40 - $70 per hour (Based on experience)

Redefine Meals is a fast-growing healthy meal prep company based out of Long Island, NY, with 20 retail locations and counting! We are looking for an IT Specialist to join our team and work directly alongside upper management!
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain and optimize our database
- Enhance and manage our website
- Identify and fix bugs
- Improve operational efficiency
- Develop and implement new solutions to scale our business
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong experience with databases, web development, and debugging
✅ Ability to work on-site and collaborate with upper management
✅ Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and innovation
Technical Skills:
✅ Web Development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Vue, or Angular (for frontend)
✅ Backend Development: Node.js, Python, PHP, or Ruby on Rails
✅ Database Management: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase
✅ Bug Fixing & Debugging: Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently
✅ API Development & Integration: RESTful APIs, third-party integrations (payment gateways, delivery services, etc.)
✅ Efficiency Optimization: Code refactoring, automation, and improving system performance
✅ Version Control: Git/GitHub or GitLab for collaboration and tracking changes
✅ Security Best Practices: Protecting user data and preventing vulnerabilities
✅ Data Analytics Management: Organizing, developing, and managing key data points using Tableau
