Position Overview:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role will work closely with our Marketing Manager to help grow both in-store and online business through grassroots marketing, event activation, and content creation.
To gain a well-rounded understanding of the business, you’ll work a mix of weekday in-office shifts, in-store shifts at our retail locations, and represent the brand at evening and weekend events. These experiences will provide valuable insight into our day-to-day operations and help you become a more effective brand ambassador.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Create awareness and drive new customer acquisition through grassroots community marketing. Will conduct cold calls to secure new community partners.
- Coordinate and attend local events (fitness events, health pop-ups, etc.) to represent Redefine Meals, educate attendees on our services, and generate new customers. Will be responsible for handling setup, execution, and breakdown.
- Support content creation and help manage Redefine Meals’ social media presence (posting, engaging, gathering content)
- Build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with local gyms, medical offices, schools, and businesses.
- Work 1-2 shifts/week in Redefine Meals retail stores to gain product knowledge and customer insight.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Energetic and outgoing with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with content creation and social media platforms.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness and ability to travel locally across Nassau and Suffolk County.
- Clean and valid New York State Driver’s License (required).
Schedule & Pay:
Flexible Full-Time Schedule:
- Expected hours: 35-40 hours/week
- Weekday office hours: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
- Occasional retail shifts
- Availability for weekend and evening events is a must
Pay: $21–$24/hour, based on experience
