Welcome to Redefine Meal Prep! We are a young and extremely fast growing Meal Prep Business based out of Long Island! We currently have 18 retail locations, with more on the way this year! We also offer doorstep delivery 4 days per week to Long Island, NYC & Westchester County for our customers!
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations & Customer Support Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, strong problem solving skills, be proficient in data entry and have the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to grow with us and contribute to our success!
Duties
- Work closely with our kitchen, packaging, retail, delivery & office teams to ensure operations are done correctly and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in managing client services, ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism and care.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilize office software to manage documents and communications effectively.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and communicating with clients.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office environment or similar role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Strong operational skills
- Proficiency in data entry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
