Position Title: Social Impact Coordinator
Position Overview
The Social Impact Coordinator will expand the reach, partnerships, and sustainability of ReDefiners World Languages. This role focuses on building strategic community relationships, driving outreach initiatives, and ensuring the organization’s mission is effectively communicated and supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Community Engagement and Partnership Building
- Develop, strengthen, and sustain partnerships with community organizations, schools, and stakeholders to expand program reach.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships that promote the organization’s mission and support program initiatives.
- Represent ReDefiners World Languages at community events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase visibility.
- Program Outreach and Promotion
- Design and implement outreach campaigns that effectively communicate the benefits of language learning and cultural exchange.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful content for social media, newsletters, and other communication channels.
- Develop and deliver presentations to various audiences, including potential donors, partners, and community groups.
- Advocacy and Impact Reporting
- Advocate for language education by engaging policymakers, participating in educational forums, and collaborating with community leaders on awareness campaigns.
- Collect and analyze data to measure the impact of outreach activities and prepare reports showcasing outreach success on a quarterly basis
- Monitor trends and policy developments in the field of language education to inform strategy and advocacy efforts.
- Contract Partnership Management
- Manage service agreements and outreach partnership agreements with community organizations and corporations, ensuring compliance and mutual benefit.
- Nurture and cultivate long-term partnerships through consistent engagement.
- Maintain clear and organized records
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Education, International Relations, Non-Profit Management, or a related field. Preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outreach, program coordination, or a similar role within a non-profit or educational setting.
- Strong communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools.
- Passion for language education and cultural diversity; multilingualism is a plus.

- This role requires travel within Hillsborough County. Access to reliable transportation is required; mileage reimbursement may be available
- 20 hours per week

Compensation:
$27,000- $30,000 per year
