- Develop long term customer relationships, while promoting retention and loyalty
- Manage expansion while working with Strategic Government Account Manager on opportunities and renewals for Federal agencies and Government Integrators.
- Analyze usage metrics to understand customers’ usage
- Contact customers and resellers throughout the life cycle to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Maintain long-term account health and relationships; Work with customers to ensure satisfaction and happiness
- Drive product adoption, share best practices and implement growth and optimization strategies for maximum value and success
- Use Salesforce and another sales enablement tools
To be a Government ISR you need...
- 1 years of Federal Government sales experience
- Experience in managing and owning the full sales cycle from lead to close
- Quota carrying experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience with Salesforce is an advantage
