Position Description
Redhorse transforms the way government uses data and technology. To support this mission, we are seeking a Program Manager. The ideal candidate will be part of a Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) and Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) contract to support the F-35 Financial Reporting Implementation Group (FRIG) & National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 142 Support for The Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Sustainment (OASD(S)). The FRIG has developed a Financial Reporting Strategy which sets three critical paths to success for reporting financial information for the F-35 program. The Fiscal Year 2022 NDAA Section 142 requires the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) to transfer sustainment activities for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Program from the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) to the Department of the Air Force (DAF) and the Department of the Navy (DoN) not later than 2027 for Initial Operating Capability (IOC) and 2029 for Full Operating Capability (FOC) as prescribed by the USD(A&S)’s response and plan back to Congress on 30 January 2023.
The Program Manager will provide management and oversight of all activities performed by Contractor personnel, including subcontractors, to meet the requirements of this PWS. Travel may be required to Continental United States (CONUS) OSD, Air Force, or Navy sites and support locations.

Minimum Requirements:
- Master's Degree in related field
- 10 or more years of experience on sustainment matters
- Leads the overall Program and integration of the Integrated Product Support Element (IPSE) efforts
- Reviews and provides Technical assistance and training.
- Recognized industry expert with significant depth and breadth of knowledge capable of providing advisor and consultant services based on unique experience that has a significant level of technical value and return on investment.
- Capable of supporting teams and/or working independently regarding very complex technical or programmatic issues usually related to complex weapons systems
