The Store Manager has responsibility for the overall operation of his/her assigned Redi Mart Convenience Store. Ensures that all store employees meet or exceed established guidelines set for standard performance. The Store Manager provides ongoing training, support and expertise to all reporting staff and assists store personnel in achieving goals, objectives and adherence to company policies and procedures.
The Store Manager provides the continued overall growth of his/her assigned store by daily monitoring of operational and financial information, including:
Sales, (inside product categories and outside fuel sales).
Direct product purchasing of assigned product categories.
Management of all store personnel.
The Store Manager directs the merchandising and sales functions of the assigned Redi Mart Store in the formulation, development and implementation of aggressive merchandising and sales strategies as determined by the General Manager and his/her respective Area Manager .
The Store Manager is a management representative of the company, and is responsible for ensuring that his/her actions convey a positive image of Redi Mart and Red Hed Oil, Co.
