As a Trainee, YOU WILL already possess a general knowledge of construction and electrical with a strong aptitude using tools (ladders, drills, levels, stud-finders, hammers, screw drivers, saws, etc.)
You will bring excitement to learning three critical roles:
Installing, Setting Up, and Troubleshooting a wide variety of products including, but not limited to: access control, CCTV cameras and systems, home automation, home and commercial security systems and devices, low voltage lighting and control systems, and much more.
**At all times, you must deliver an excellent customer experience and resolve support tickets in a timely manner. Strong research and problem-solving skills are key for this position.
**A meticulous eye for detail is necessary and what our clients expect and deserve.

Qualifications and Education
- Must have demonstrated success and aptitude utilizing hand and power tools.
- Practical knowledge of basic construction principles.
- Must be a self-starter with a strong desire and eagerness to learn, grow and take responsibility in technology field
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and work to deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong research and analytical skills with logical approaches to problem-solving
- Must be adaptable with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Visio
- Must be able to effectively provide courteous and competent customer service while receiving and making phone call.
- Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol screen
- Must have a current valid drivers’ license and reliable transportation to get to work
- Must be able to work an occasional night or weekend when necessary
- High school diploma or GED required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour
