The Somerset Public Health (SPH) Administrative Financial Analyst (AFA) is responsible for the day to day fiscal management of the community health grant programs in support of the Project Director and Staff. The Financial Analyst functions as a liaison between Redington-Fairview General Hospital (RFGH) fiscal managers/departments, the Project Director (PD) and SPH Staff. The AFA shall assist the Project Director as requested regarding all financial matters and decisions, and shall be responsible for maintenance and review of all grant budgets, expenses and grantor payments for accuracy, allowable costs and work plan financial spending. The AFA shall analyze grant financial data as requested and create reports with reliable conclusions to assist PD with management of grant programs and staff.
We are seeking a passionate healthcare educator to join our team. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based educational programs to healthcare professionals and community members while also assisting in rural vaccination clinics. Training curriculum includes the American College of Surgeons Stop the Bleed program. This is a flexible, per diem position without set hours. Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Somerset County is a requirement for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-person training sessions to a variety of audiences to include staff and community members.
Utilize various teaching methods, including lectures, hands-on demonstrations, simulations, and case studies.
Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and participant feedback.
Assist in the facilitation of rural vaccination clinics.
Qualifications:
Valid RN or Paramedic license.
Valid BLS certification.
Experience in healthcare education, clinical instruction, or a related role required.
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with knowledge of youth and adult education principles.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to various learning styles and audiences.
Flexibility to work per diem, including occasional evenings or weekends, as needed.
Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Somerset County.
