ReDiscover is looking for a Quality Improvement (QI) Manager to add to our Quality Improvement Department !

The Quality Improvement (QI) Department analyzes agency, program, client, and provider-level data to monitor key outcomes and drive clinical decision-making. Data reporting aligns with accreditation, State, County, and clinical program compliance and regulation requirements. The QI Department collaborates with agency leaders to identify and recommend opportunities to improve processes and the client experience based on the outcomes data. The QI team implements, supports, and monitors Various process improvement activities based on identified opportunities or other agency initiatives.

At ReDiscover, while every day is different, a typical day may include the following roles and responsibilities:
- Providing leadership and support to the assigned staff members of the QI department, by assisting in breaking down barriers, holding monthly development meetings with staff, and ensuring their success.
- Building relationships with clinical leaders and management to ensure collaboration on process improvement, and project implementations.
- Guiding the planning, development, implementation, and monitoring of quality management processes and activities.
- Working with the QI team to extract and clean data, analyze, and report on program performance.
- Manage the key aspects of county, state, and federal reporting requirements to ensure compliance.
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Sociology, Psychology, or other related social science fields required.
- Experience in data collection, analysis, and research design is required.
- Experience with SQL is preferred.
- Experience working with diverse populations is required.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of mental illness and substance use disorders.
- Excellent customer service skills with a recovery focus.
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Intermediate computer skills in typing/keyboarding, Microsoft Word and Excel programs as well as G-Suite.
