ReDiscover is seeking a Team Leader to add to our Partial Hospitalization Program/Intensive Outpatient Program!

WHAT WE DO
Partial Hospital and Intensive Outpatient Program (PHP/IOP) provides acute stabilization through intensive individual and group therapy with a treatment team approach utilizing various therapy techniques. In this program, the team-centric approach helps each individual client on a short term basis, typically 1-3 weeks in length in an outpatient day treatment setup.
At ReDiscover, while every day is different, a typical day may include the following roles and responsibilities:
- Providing clinical oversight to clinicians and case managers in both youth and adult intensive outpatient settings.
- Creating a culture that fosters coaching, and training opportunities as they arise to continue to drive a customer service focus.
- Supporting both youth and adults struggling with mental health, substance use, or dual- diagnosis concerns.
- Leading the overall development of the youth IOP program.
- Developing and implementing group education and therapy curriculum.
- Engaging in community networking opportunities to further educate the community on services available at ReDiscover.
- Maintaining efficient response times to all referrals and assisted with getting clients screened for services in a prompt manner.
- Assisting with holding psycho-educational groups for youth and adults as needed.
- Assisting with family meetings as needed.
We are focused on your development and will spend time helping you continue to grow as a Team Leader. However, here are some things that you will need before starting with ReDiscover:
- Master’s Degree in a social science field (as defined by the Department of Mental Health) is required.
- Active Provisional License in the State of Missouri as a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) or Licensed Master’s Social Worker (LMSW) is required.
- Two (2) years of experience in a direct service provision in a mental health setting preferred.
- Preference given to candidates with an active clinical license in the State of Missouri as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Working knowledge of mental illness and substance use disorders, and experience working with youth preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a recovery focus.
- Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Intermediate computer skills in typing/keyboarding, Microsoft Word and Excel programs as well as G-Suite.
