What are the responsibilities and job description for the CPC/EVS Administrative Assistant position at Redlands Community Hospital?
Reporting to the Director of Environmental Services, this position works to continually improve the Central Point of Contact (CPC) and support all administrative functions as defined. Responsibilities include but are not limited to payroll functions, work order processing, cash handling, record keeping, and invoice processing. Responsibilities also include ensuring that telephone and computer service requests are dispatched efficiently, effectively, and with the customer in mind. Handles requests related to security, lost, and found, conference room requests, catering, patient requests as appropriate, and biomedical services. Administrative support includes record keeping, typing, taking meeting minutes, and filing. Other duties as assigned .

EDUCATION/TRAINING/ EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience preferred.
- One to two years of formal training and/or secretarial experience beyond high school preferred.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office and Meditech, Word desired.
- Experience in the food service, engineering and/or environmental services industries preferred.
- Working knowledge of medical terminology desired.
- Bilingual in the Spanish language preferred.
