About the Role: As a staff RN, you will be responsible for performing professional role functions in accordance with scope of practice and professional standards. You will assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate knowledge and ability to use and/or lead the scope of practice, professional standards, and accreditation/regulatory standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Nurse Manager.
Requirements:
- Current CA State licensure as a Registered Nurse required.
- Current CPR (AHA) certification required.
- ACLS (AHA) certification required within 3 months of hire; 6 months if a New Grad RN.
- Current NIHSS certificate required within 6 months of hire.
