About the opportunity: We are looking for a individual who will be a customer service/ dispatch rep. This includes but not limited to answering phones, placing orders with customers, billing, etc.

Pay Rate: Starting at $20.00 hourly
Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision benefits.
Schedule: Monday-Friday with possibility of overtime and On Call
Monday, Tuesday and Friday 9:00am -6:00pm
Wednesday and Thursday 12:00pm-9:00pm
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 year previous Dispatching experience required
- Reliable and Punctual
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette
- Strong computer skills.
- Should be a team player.
- Demonstrates organizational skills, self-directed and independent in fulfilling role obligation.
- Able to multi-task
- Be able to work alone as well as with a team
- Must have a flexible schedule
- Be comfortable and thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Outgoing and pleasant personality
POSITION SUMMARY:
- Manage schedules of our delivery drivers.
- Handling inbound calls from high profile clients, scheduling appointments, and maintain paperwork, typing, managing customer files, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate, manage and maintain all Drivers' schedules to fulfill customer's needs.
- Taking phone calls, communicating with drivers to ensure customer's needs are met.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of client and agency information at all times.
Job Type: Full-time
