Job Description:
An Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for data entry, vendor management, accruals and AP/AR.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for reviewing and entering transactional data
- Ability to post journal entries to the General Ledger
- Assists with vendor management
- Manages payables and receivables
- Become an expert in tax and registration requirements for each state
- Performs other accounting duties assigned by Controller
Qualifications:
- Two years of accounting or office management experienced required
- Excel Proficiency Required
- CDK Software Experience Preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A keen eye for detail
