Responsibilities – Service Manager:
- Hiring, Training, Motivating, and Mentoring the Service Team
- Conduct ongoing training for Service Advisors to drive profitability
- Implement and support processes that improve Technician efficiency
- Review and follow up on department KPI’s to achieve forecast goals
- Understanding and ensuring compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures
- Establishing and maintaining good relationships with our customers, encouraging repeat and referral businesses
- Provide technical assistance to employees as needed
- Quality check completed jobs
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction
Qualifications/Requirements - Service Manager:
- At least 2 years’ management experience preferred
- The ability to identify causes of operating errors and the knowledge to create and implement corrective actions
- An aptitude for interviewing, hiring, and developing employees including conducting performance appraisals
- The ability to use good judgment in challenging situations
- A professional demeanor when interacting with customers
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
