Job Description:
A Title Clerk is responsible for data entry, title work, and dealership accounting. Familiarity with dealership accounting is a must!

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for reviewing and entering transactional data
- Auditing vehicle sales deals for compliance
- Assists with vendor management
- Become an expert in tax and registration requirements for each state
- Submit accurate title work
- Performs other accounting duties assigned by Controller
Qualifications:
- Notary or ability to become Notary required
- Two years of dealership accounting experienced required
- Excel Proficiency Required
- CDK LightspeedEVO Software Experience Preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A keen eye for detail
