ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve agreed sales targets
- Gather market intelligence and capture industry common issues, potential needs to develop sales strategies to receive both consulting project and IT solution implementation projects mainly from Japanese client in America.
- Build and maintain sustainable client relationships with Management level and senior experienced persons in lower level at Sales & Marketing, Procurement, Manufacturing execution, Production control and IT department who knows details of business operation and issues, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the sales
- Create/update/share account plan for potential client as per request from your supervisor
- Report weekly sales activity to your supervisor
- Identify potential clients and cultivate a robust pipeline of sales leads with a given sales status which you report weekly to your supervisor, drive revenue growth and convert leads into loyal customers.
- Collaborate proactively with our consulting team, system implementation team and partner who is ERP /SaaS company for of ERP/SaaS license resale business to provide insights into customer requirements and market demands.
- Propose to our client the best consulting service and IT solution service including innovation to solve client issue leveraging your industry domain knowledge and deep understanding of issues through close communication with several stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between system implementation team and the clients, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of queries.
- Develop our standardized sales process and sales deck and continue to update it as per request from your supervisor to realize the most effective and efficient sales process and it’s performance.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT AND PREFERRED SKILLS
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in a similar role as IT strategy consultant who conduct a thorough analysis of the client's current IT systems and infrastructure, evaluate the client's IT needs and align them with industry best practices and develop IT roadmaps and milestones that align with business objectives to track progress
- Proficiency in CRM/SCM software or cloud services.
- Proven track record in a Pre-Sales Representative role with a focus on ERP/SaaS solution selling.
- 3-5 years working experience in consulting firms
- 5-10 manufacturing industry expertise (Business strategy trend, Business operation process knowledge, Industry IT solution knowledge)
- System development planning and implementation experience (Scratch from zero, ERP, SaaS)
- Own relationship and connection with SaaS implementation company for consignment
