Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role involves managing front desk operations, assisting guests with check-in and check-out processes, and addressing any inquiries or concerns to enhance the guest experience. A strong background in hotel management or customer service is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Maintain the front desk area in a neat and organized manner.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
- Assist in managing reservations through the hotel management system.
- Uphold high standards of customer service in line with hospitality best practices.
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hotel or resort industry is preferred.

Pay: $12.41 - $14.00 per hour
