Are you an experienced HVAC professional with a keen eye for detail and strong project management skills? We are seeking a full-time HVAC Estimator to join our client's team in Latham, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for estimating costs for plumbing, HVAC, and piping projects, ensuring accuracy in budgeting, and overseeing various aspects of project management. Responsibilities of the HVAC Estimator will include : -Prepare cost estimates for HVAC, plumbing, and piping projects-Analyze blueprints and technical drawings to determine project scope-Develop and maintain project budgets-Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure accurate estimates-Assist in project planning and management from start to finish-Stay updated on industry standards and best practicesQualifications of the HVAC Estimator : -Experience in HVAC, plumbing, and piping estimation-Strong project management and organizational skills-Proficiency in budgeting and cost analysis-Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation-Solid understanding of construction industry practices and procedures-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC or plumbing are a plus Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from up to $160,000.
