Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative will include :
- Responsible for assisting with dispatch, technical support, sales, orders & billing inquires.
- Provides product & service information and resolves problems.
- Attracts potential customers by providing knowledgeable product & service information and making suggestions.
- Other duties as assigned

Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $18-$22 / hr.
