Redstone Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar is currently seeking a mature, professional, reliable, experienced, and energetic sales associate to join our team and work closely with the owners. The position is part-time, requiring 15-24 hours per week. The ideal candidate for this role should be dependable, possess excellent customer service skills, be able to multitask, and have strong organizational abilities.
Sales associates receive a sales bonus every two weeks on top of their hourly base pay. The sales bonus potential increases with higher sales.
Presentation, customer service, and quality products are key. We're a Utah company that specializes in Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegars, Pasta, recipes, and more.

Responsibilities

Keep the selling floor stocked with merchandise
Assisting in the display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
Closing and opening the store on time
Helping customers find the right product for their needs.
Able to work independently
Willingness to learn about imported Olive Oils, Balsamics, and more.
Cashiering
Cleaning and organizing the store. Standing long hours is needed.
Packaging when needed.
Qualifications
Retail sales experience and engaging with customers are a must.
Must have your own dependable car and Iphone.
Simple comfortable knowledge of computers needed. An outgoing personality.
Customer service background required

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
