Title: HHA (Home Health Aide) / PCA (Personal Care Assistant) Preceptor
Status: Full Time
Shift: Three 12-hour Shifts OR 4 10-hour shifts/week Flexible Schedule!
On-Call every other weekend.

Redstone Presbyterian SeniorCare is seeking a passionate and experienced HHA/CNA Preceptor to join our dynamic Home Health team!

What You'll Do:
- Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to new HHA/PCAs.
- Conduct orientations, in-services, and continuing education programs.
- Fulfill the role of an HHA/PCA as needed, including direct patient care.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling, record-keeping, and ordering supplies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and client records.
- Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled.
Your Qualifications:
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License: In good standing.
- High School Diploma or GED: Required.
- Proven Experience: One or more years of experience in a hospice or home health agency.
- Strong Communication & Training Skills: Ability to effectively teach and mentor others.
