Title : HHA (Home Health Aide) / PCA (Personal Care Assistant) Preceptor
Status : Full Time
Shift : Three 12-hour Shifts OR 4 10-hour shifts / week Flexible Schedule!
On-Call every other weekend.

What You'll Do :
Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to new HHA / PCAs.Conduct orientations, in-services, and continuing education programs.Fulfill the role of an HHA / PCA as needed, including direct patient care.Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling, record-keeping, and ordering supplies.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and client records.Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled.Your Qualifications :
Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License : In good standing.High School Diploma or GED : Required.Proven Experience : One or more years of experience in a hospice or home health agency.Strong Communication & Training Skills : Ability to effectively teach and mentor others.About Redstone :
