Company Overview: As a Cybersecurity, Information Technology, and Management Consulting firm focused on assisting our clients proactively mitigate cyber threats, RedTrace Technologies is seeking a Senior Project/Program Manager to lead and oversee technical programs and projects within the Department of Defense (DoD) and federal environments. This role requires extensive experience in program management, technology assessments, acquisition planning, budget oversight, and deep expertise in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills to effectively manage complex technical programs.Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technical programs related to equipment support, system support, and programmatic support.
- Oversee and direct program/project execution, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Provide technology assessments, system design, and systems analysis to support decision-making for mission-critical programs.
- Develop and implement acquisition planning strategies to align with DoD procurement requirements.
- Establish and manage budget planning and resource allocation, ensuring financial efficiency across all program activities.
- Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies.
- Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring effective coordination among engineering, technical, and administrative personnel.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including program reports, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.
- Engage with senior leadership, stakeholders, and external partners to drive program success and strategic alignment.
- Identify and mitigate program risks, implementing proactive solutions to ensure project continuity.
- Provide briefings and presentations to senior executives, government officials, and program stakeholders.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business.
- Secret clearance
- Fifteen (15) years of technical experience in equipment support, system support, and programmatic support for complex programs.
- Eight (8) years of program management experience, including:
- Technology Assessments
- Systems Design
- Systems Analysis
- Programmatic Support
- Acquisition Planning
- Budget Planning
- Strong working knowledge of DoD procurement processes, acquisition strategies, and compliance with FAR.
- Experience managing large-scale programs, leading teams, and ensuring successful project execution.
- Ability to prepare, review, and present programmatic documentation and technical reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for executive-level interactions.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience leading classified or national security programs within DoD agencies.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies for project management.
- Proficiency in program management tools (MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent).
- Experience negotiating contracts, procurement planning, and vendor management.
