What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grounds Crew @ Watermark Country Club position at RedWater?
Watermark Country Club is looking to fill numerous golf course maintenance staff positions for the 2025 golfing season.
There are both full and part-time positions available and we are open to accommodating work schedules based on the qualified candidate's needs.
Work responsibilities will begin as weather allows in March and continue into November based on weather and could include weekend and overtime work based on agreed working schedules. The work is directly related to the daily care and performance of the golf course.
Duties include but are not limited to walk mowing of greens, tees, and approaches; mowing fairways, course set up; bunker maintenance including raking and edging; lawn equipment operation; ornamental bed care including planting, pruning, and weeding; and other general landscape tasks such as line trimming and debris removal.
Compensation is commensurate with experience level and proven proficiency. Generally, wages will start around $14.00 and progress up. We need experienced people in this line of work and will pay accordingly. Uniforms are provided, and golfing privileges are available.

Must have the ability to be able to lift and control objects of 20 lbs or lower consistently.
